A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address.

Delivery is available in the local Carver area usually between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Orders must be received before Noon Central Time to assure *same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day, unless an opening becomes available in our schedule to allow us to deliver the same day.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, except on Mother's Day or Valentine's Day. Deliveries requested on Sunday will be delivered the following business day. **Sympathy deliveries will be made to churches or funeral homes for Sunday visitations or funerals, if orders have been placed before Noon on Saturday.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.

All deliveries will be attempted once. If the recipient is not home, the parcel will not be left unless we are specifically instructed to do so by the customer. If, in our opinion, prevailing weather will damage the flowers, we will not leave the parcel even if instructed to do so by the customer. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer may be billed for the second delivery.

*Depending on your request and our available floral and personnel resources we will accommodate retail orders for same day delivery beyond the cutoff time. You must call  us for confirmation to fill your request.

**Under certain circumstances such as Funeral and Wedding deliveries, we will accommodate a Sunday delivery request if necessary. You must call us for confirmation to fill your request. Special Deliveries are subject to additional charges.

Holiday Policy

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day's prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Do to the unusual high volume of orders to be delivered on the major Holidays, all deliveries are left at the recipients address on the first attempt of delivery.

Always provide a valid phone number for your recipient as our delivery services will make an attempt to call the recipient if they are not home to inform them where the arrangement has been placed or if appropriate left with a neighbor***.

Drivers are instructed to place any left arrangements out of the public view while maintaining shaded cover as required.

Carver Country Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for arrangements left at a recipient's address if recipient is not home or does not answer the door for our delivery services personnel during the holiday periods.

***All delivers left with a neighbor must be pre-defined in the ordering instructions along with neighbors name and address. Pre-arrangements should be made with the neighbor you select for delivery if your recipient is not home. All neighbor delivery requests must be within .2 tenths of a mile.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently on route to delivery. 

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly @ 952-448-0078

We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
